Chicken Supreme with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Serves: 4 

Prep Time:  10 Minutes

Cook Time: 45 Minutes


Ingredients

4 Joyce Farms Naked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 stick butter
1 cup sliced green onion
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. In large skillet melt butter.

    2. Add chicken breast and sauté on both sides for about 6 – 8 minutes or until done.

      Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
      Add mushrooms and onions to pan, cook until soft.
      Add wine and stock and reduce until syrupy.
      Stir in cream, and cook until it slightly thickens.
      Season and finish off with lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
