USDA Prime Heritage Aberdeen Angus Bone-In Ribeyes (Case of 2)

Two thick-cut USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye steaks from our Heritage Aberdeen Angus cattle stock, raised on a small family farm using Regenerative Agriculture practices. 

A bone-in ribeye is a beef steak sliced from the rib primal of the animal, with rib bone attached. Its marbling of fat makes it very good for fast and hot cooking. The bone insulates the meat while it's cooking, which allows the steak to retain moisture and juiciness.

  • Two (2) USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye Steaks, cut by hand to approx. 2" thickness
  • Weights will vary slightly. Ave. weight per piece is 2 lbs. Ave. case weight (2 pieces) is 4 lbs.
