The Faisan Blanc is a rare all white Ring Neck Pheasant from Canada. This extraordinary breed has been developed over the last three decades as one of the best meat pheasant in the world. This is a great roasting bird that needs slow moist cooking. Cook with bacon strips across the breast to retain moisture.

Our cut beef bones are perfect for making a flavorful and nutrient rich beef broth that can be consumed as a beverage, used as the base for soups and stews, or used as an ingredient in other recipes. They are cut to fit easily into most stock pots. They can also be roasted and used for bone marrow.
These bones come from our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished heritage breed Aberdeen Angus cattle that we pasture raise using no antibiotics, no added hormones, and nothing artificial ever.
Please note: These bones ship in a vacuum seal bag, but due to the sharp edges of cut bones, the vacuum seal may be broken upon delivery. Please be assured bones are still safe to use.

Our Heritage Black Turkey is an old breed, one of the first to be developed from Native American stocks. We raise these special birds on a small family farm in North Carolina and process them by hand in our own plant, where they are also air chilled to preserve flavor, tenderness and perfect texture.
