Heritage Grass-Fed Eye of Round

Our grass-fed eye of round is a wonderfully lean cut of meat that you can use in a similar fashion to top round. It's a convenient crock-pot staple, but also tender enough that it does not have to be slow-cooked. It is also delicious when roasted. Eye of round is best when cooked to medium rare and sliced thin against the grain.
