These ribeyes are from our heritage Aberdeen Angus cattle stock, raised on a small family farm using Regenerative Agriculture practices. The result is beautiful marbling, amazing flavor, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a stunning, Instagram-worthy presentation.
We are proud that our grass-fed Heritage Beef products are USDA graded (not typical for grass-fed beef products, which tend to be too lean for grading).
