Our ground bison is 90-92% lean and is a great alternative for ground beef when making burgers, meatloaf, and other dishes. Our Heritage Bison products come from bison raised on 2,500 acres of grassland. They graze on a 100% grass diet and are raised using holistic management and Regenerative Agriculture principles that restore soil health and improve the flavor and nutritional value of the meat.
