Joyce Farms Bone-in Smoked Heritage Hams are produced from our own Gloucestershire Old Spot Heritage breed pigs, pasture raised on small family farms with nothing added, ever. The hams are then masterfully smoked by the experts at Smoking Goose. Each ham is spice brined with sea salt, sugar, clove, juniper, bay and garlic, then applewood and hickory smoked for outstanding flavor and texture. Delicious as is, or with a honey ham glaze!
