In order to be eligible for a refund, store credit, replacement product, we ask that you email us the following information for our review:
Photo(s) of the package as received
Photo(s) of specific products related to complaint, including photos of the label
Order number or email address used to place your order

Joyce Farms strives to maintain our website with the most up to date and accurate information as possible. However, in some instances, the product you order may be out of stock. In this rare situation, you will be notified immediately and will have the following options:
Cancel the order completely.
Cancel only the unavailable portion of your order.
Substitute an available similar product.
Delay your shipment until the product becomes available.
