🚚 We ship all orders for 1-2 day transit. We ship orders Monday – Wednesday for 1- or 2-day transit using UPS Ground or 2-Day Air, depending on your location and the method needed to arrive within 2 days. For NC orders only, we also ship on Thursdays for 1-day transit.

💰 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates. The rate that you are quoted is based on weight and size of order and your location. We pass on real-time UPS rates, and the rate you see at checkout is the same cost we pay to ship your order.

🔹 Every fulfillment step of your order is carefully completed by hand to ensure your order arrives just the way you ordered it. However, in the unusual event you believe there was an error in your order (such as a missing or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds are only issued for approved claims related to quality, food safety, or Joyce Farms error.

For customers who live nearby, we offer local pickup at our plant location.
✅ Orders must be placed online at least 2 business days in advance.
✅ We will hold your order for 2 days after your originally scheduled pickup date. If not picked up, your order will be canceled.
