Our products are shipped via UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number (this is separate than the email confirming your order was placed).
You may request your order be shipped for delivery on a certain day by calling 336-766-9900.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and delivery timing are estimates only. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place an order, and you will receive a second email with tracking number for your order once it ships (typically 1-2 business days after you place the order).
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we ship on 1- and 2-day transit schedules.
At this time, we only deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We cannot ship any products (including non-perishables like books and merchandise) to Canada, Puerto Rico or to the US Virgin Islands. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or P.M.B., A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses.

*To avoid weekend layovers, orders placed after 12:00pm (noon) EST on Thursday will be held and shipped by Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed before 12:00pm (noon) EST on Thursday that are also in our 1-day delivery service area (yellow area in map above) will be shipped same day (Thursday) for delivery on Friday.
Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for processing during the months of October, November, December, and January, when our order volume increases significantly.

We do offer local pickup at our location - 4787 Kinnamon Rd. Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Simply place your order online and use the promo code LOCAL at checkout. This will remove the shipping charges and let us know you plan to pickup. You will receive an email within 24 hours (business days only) when your order is ready to be picked up. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
In order for us to ship your product safely, we must follow important safety guidelines. Each order will be packed in a reusable styrofoam cooler with dry ice and/or reusable gel packs. Dry ice may be completely evaporated upon delivery.
Products may begin to defrost during shipment. As long as the products are still partially frozen, you can refreeze them safely in your freezer.
Once you receive your package, please refer to safe handling instructions included with your shipment.
Every fulfillment step of your order is carefully completed by hand to ensure your order will arrive at your doorstep just the way you ordered it. However, in the unusual event you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your money or replace your order.
