Founded in 1962 by Alvin Joyce, Joyce Farms remains a proud, family-owned business. Today, Alvin's son Ron, along with his grandsons Ryan and Stuart, continue the legacy. Our headquarters and USDA-inspected poultry processing facility are in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with partner farms across the Carolinas and Georgia.
Our primary customers are chefs and specialty distributors nationwide. We are honored to be featured on the menus of many award-winning chefs who trust Joyce Farms for an unforgettable dining experience. Home cooks can also find our products in select specialty food markets and butcher shops, or through our web store for home delivery or local pickup in Winston-Salem.
