Ingredients

  • 1 Whole 3.5 - 4 lb Joyce Farms Poulet Rouge® Heritage Chicken: The star ingredient

Cooking Method

  1. Prepare Your Bird: Remove the chicken from its package and discard (or save for another culinary project) the giblet pack nestled inside.
  2. Season Generously: Rub the entire bird with olive oil, ensuring every surface glistens. Then, sprinkle liberally with salt.
