Shipping & Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • We ship perishable orders Monday–Wednesday, and Thursday for North Carolina orders only.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the same business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Timing & Shipping Costs

  • Orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after shipment.
  • We ship via UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day Air, depending on your location.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier pricing.

Where We Ship

  • We ship within the contiguous United States (48 states).
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Packaging & Food Safety

  • Orders are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice and/or gel packs to help maintain safe temperatures during transit.
  • Products may arrive frozen, partially frozen, or cold (below 40°F).
  • If still cold or partially frozen, items are safe to refrigerate or refreeze.
  • Please follow the safe handling instructions included with your shipment.

If There’s a Delay

  • Check your tracking number for updates.
  • If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, check around your property and with neighbors.
  • If your items arrive cold or partially frozen, they are still safe to use.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

If you believe your order arrived spoiled, damaged, or unsafe, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@joyce-farms.com.

Please include:

  • Photos of the box and packaging as received
  • Photos of the affected product(s), including labels
  • Any temperature readings, if available
  • Your order number or the email used to place the order

If you cannot email, call 336-766-9900 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Returns, Replacements & Order Changes

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • Approved issues related to quality, food safety, or Joyce Farms error may be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Changes may not be possible once processing begins.
