Handcrafted in Modena, Italy, Batistini Farms' naturally sweet Vanishing Grape White Balsamic Vinegar is a complex blend of sweet, crisp, and tart from Italian vineyard grapes like Trebbiano. To reserve the transparency of the grapes, the must is condensed, not cooked like it is for dark balsamic vinegars, and it is finished with a hint of vintner's vinegar from wine. Bottled at a low ~ 5.4% acidity.
Harmonious balance of oak notes with an intense bittersweet taste. It is a transparent color with a well-balanced acidity.
Use/Pairings - Chicken, mixed field greens, vegetables, mushrooms, oysters, scallops, fish, caviar, soft cheese, soups
No artificial ingredients, No additives, Non-GMO, Naturally Gluten-free
Please note this product comes in a glass bottle.
Slight variations may occur from batch to batch for handcrafted vinegars made with superior quality ingredients.
Our Poulet Rouge Fermier
Our cut beef bones are perfect for making a flavorful and nutrient rich beef broth that can be consumed as a beverage, used as the base for soups and stews, or used as an ingredient in other recipes. They are cut to fit easily into most stock pots. They can also be roasted and used for bone marrow.
These bones come from our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished heritage breed Aberdeen Angus cattle that we pasture raise using no antibiotics, no added hormones, and nothing artificial ever.
Please note: These bones ship in a vacuum seal bag, but due to the sharp edges of cut bones, the vacuum seal may be broken upon delivery. Please be assured bones are still safe to use.
