Introducing Signature Angus Heritage Beef

This week, we introduced Signature Angus Heritage Beef—a pasture-raised, single-source Red Angus program built for bold flavor and dependable performance. Over the years, many of you—chefs, operators, and home cooks—have built menus and traditions around our Heritage Aberdeen Angus Beef, and we’re proud of that program and grateful for the trust you’ve placed in it. Signature Angus is designed to carry that same trust forward while making our heritage beef story available to more customers over time. Signature Angus is Joyce Farms’ new standard Heritage Beef offering across foodservice and web store channels, with our former Heritage Aberdeen Angus Beef being phased out as remaining inventory sells through in early 2026.

Why the Change

We made this shift to better serve our customers in a tightening beef market. Signature Angus Heritage Beef gives us:

• A program designed to support more customers consistently over time
• Reliable, steady supply that’s easier to plan around in a changing market
• A single-farm source in the Blue Ridge, raising Heritage Angus (Red Angus) with clear, transparent standards

Status: Heritage Aberdeen Angus Beef items remain available now while supplies last. Signature Angus Heritage Beef items will be added as supply allows and as Heritage Aberdeen Angus items are sold.
