The Pintade Fermiere is a rustic, slow growing Heritage Guinea Hen from France. This bird is exceptionally flavorful with excellent meat texture. Our Pintade is great roasted whole, braised with a good stock and wine, or even grilled! You will be amazed at how flavorful this bird is.
