The Pintade Fermiere is a rustic, slow growing Heritage Guinea Hen from France. This bird is exceptionally flavorful with excellent meat texture. Our Pintade is great roasted whole or braised with a good stock and wine. You will be amazed at how flavorful this bird is.
Our Bone-In, Skin-On Naked Chicken Thighs are tender and full of flavor. They come from chickens raised with nothing added EVER. That means no growth stimulants, no hormones, no antibiotics or other drugs, no pesticides, and no preservatives EVER. These delicious chicken thighs are an excellent main ingredient. Add variety to your weeknight dinners by using thighs as a substitute for breasts in many chicken recipes. Perfect for dark-meat lovers!
Bone broth is a culinary tradition that has recently regained popularity as more and more people discover its powerful nutritional qualities and delicious flavor.
Our cut beef bones are perfect for making a flavorful and nutrient rich beef broth that can be consumed as a beverage, used as the base for soups and stews, or used as an ingredient in other recipes. They are approximately 2" in length, so they will fit easily into most stock pots. They can also be roasted and used for bone marrow.
These bones come from our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished heritage breed Aberdeen Angus cattle that we pasture raise using no antibiotics, no added hormones, and nothing artificial ever.
Please note: These bones ship in a vacuum seal bag, but due to the sharp edges of cut bones, the vacuum seal may be broken upon delivery. Please be assured bones are still safe to use.
