Joyce Farms Cured Heritage Hams are crafted from our own Gloucestershire Old Spot Heritage breed pigs, pasture raised on small family farms with nothing added, ever. They are produced using an old world salt and sugar cure, and aged a minimum of 24 months for an outstanding flavor that is the perfect balance of salty and sweet.
For an extra special presentation, display in a ham stand (not included) and carve table-side!
